Liz is a 3rd generation native Charlottean who loves watching Charlotte grow! "When I was a kid, SouthPark, I-77, and UNCC were all pastures and farmland - way out in the country! Now there is something new and exciting happening every day!"
Liz started her own catering company at age 13, has spent many years in the food and beverage industry, traveled the world for a year, starred in a local public access TV show for 6 years and even ran for Mayor of Charlotte! She also worked as a paralegal for 15 years and finds real estate to be the perfect complement to both her legal knowledge and her passion for shopping!
I am delighted to be working with my friends at 5 Points Realty! I love Charlotte's central, historic neighborhoods - my mom was born at St. Peter's in 4th Ward when her family lived in 3rd Ward on Greenleaf Avenue (which my great aunt named!). They moved to Roslyn Heights (now known as Biddleville near 5 Points Realty's office) during WWII, then on to W. Park Avenue in Wilmore, East Worthington in Dilworth and finally "away from town" out to Atherton Street (which is now considered Dilworth). My dad is from Mooresville and I've spent time in most every part of the city and the burbs, so I consider it all home and thoroughly enjoy working all over. I'm thrilled with the current renaissance occurring north, south, east and west of uptown. But.... I went to West Charlotte High School so I have to say, "West Side is the Best Side!"
